Grind the Omay Foods Solid Soyabean in the mixer grinder and make it into a flour.
Mix the Soyabean flour, whole wheat flour and salt in a large mixing bowl
Add oil and water (for kneading) and knead it into a ball and let it rest for about 20 minutes before using
Roll out the dough and make around 7" round flatbreads by cooking on medium flame. Keep them aside for later.
