LOCKDOWN IS REAL!
With attempts to contain the COVID-19 outbreak, we’ll be under a lockdown for a while. We are humans, we have super-long 24 hours every day to spend in our homes, with almost no distractions to keep our minds busy. To keep healthy, both physically and mentally, here are some things we can adopt:
1. Exercise/ Meditate:
While we cannot go out for a run, we can still exercise at home. Fitness brand and our partner in healthy snacking, Cure.fit is offering free live classes in Yoga, meditation, dance, cross fitness workouts. Here’s the link to their site: Link
Get up & exercise!
2. Eat clean:
Staying in pyjamas with no one watching us, we might get prone to careless eating. Be cautious of what you eat. Especially in times like these. We hope you have some of our snacks in stock with you. If not, connect with us on WhatsApp (+91 63759-22274); we’ll help you cook some quick Do-It-Yourself recipes. In general, add these to your diet:
- Protein for strength: Daal, eggs, and Soyabean, etc.
- Vitamin C for immunity: Orange juice
- Fiber for fullness: seeds, oats and more.
3. Upskill – Take up an online course:
4. Take up cooking, photography, reading, etc:
It’s time to be the most creative version of yourself. Start writing, reading or take up photography. Whatever helps you become productive. You can even go back to your childhood hobby and be that awesome, mischievous kid all over again!
Our Founder, Vijay took up Photography, something he always wanted to spend his time on, but couldn’t. And now he cannot stop going gango’ over it.
5. Most importantly, spend time with your family:
You’ll not get this much of family time ever again! Paint, play or binge-watch. Do something together and make your bonds even stronger.
Our BD Manager, Richa trying to take a challenge, her son threw at her. To create a tower using UNO cards. Remember when you did this last?
It’s the best time to chill with your kids and parents.
Flip the coin, find an opportunity and make the most of this time.
Be safe, stay healthy.
