4 superfoods you should be eating during winters

There’s a nip in the air. It’s already growing freezing cold up in the north and the temperatures are going low in the other parts. Before even you know, your blankets, mufflers, gloves, and bombers will be out. There’s something that you should get focussed to also?

1. Jaggery (or gur)

Known for it’s innumerous benefits, it’s a staple in the higher altitude areas for it’s warming properties. If you’d have Gur before, it’d have been surely been with the famous “makke di roti, and sarso da saag”! Right? Go high on Jaggery is what our elders would say. And we gotta abide by that!

2. Bajra (or Millets)

If you are from the north, you’d know this superfood as “bajra”, and if you are from down south, you’d know it as “Millets”.
